Service Description
Getting a puppy is an exciting time! But it can also be a stressful and overwhelming time with a lot to learn - Understanding Canine is here to help you start your journey off on the right paw with your new puppy, providing you with the knowledge and skills to set you and your puppy up for lifelong success! All training is based in a holistic, scientific, positive reinforcement based and welfare first approach! These sessions can cover all aspects of puppy training including basic obedience, establishing foundational life skills, crate training, toilet training, chewing/mouthing, cooperative healthcare, environment management, socialisation - and anything else you want to cover! Initial Home Puppy Session can accompany any puppy school program and be catered to specific aspects of your puppy's learning and socialisation periods. A puppy home visit is 1 hour and 30 minutes long and includes a takeaway notes sent to you + resources *This session will evaluate the need for further sessions and is recommended before a Home Puppy Coach program
